A 75-year-old unlicensed Bronx driver who killed a pregnant traffic agent and the son she was carrying was sentenced to the maximum 1 1/3 to 4 years.

But Walter Walker, whose license was suspended 24 times, has already served two years waiting for trial — and could conceivably be sprung on parole within days under sentencing guidelines.

Walker struck Donnette Sanz, 33, with his van while she was crossing a Bronx street Aug. 14, 2008. The impact sent Sanz flying into the path of a school bus, which ran her over.

About 30 passers-by helped lift the bus off her in a futile attempt to save her. Her son survived eight days.

Walker was driving without a license in a van with broken brakes, court documents say.

“I hope you rot in hell!” the victim’s husband, Rafael Sanz said to Walker in a statement he read in court. “He took the love of my life away from me. He took my best friend.”
