A brazen thug who forced a shootout with cops — over the heads of toddlers in a Brooklyn day-care center operating as a drug den — was sentenced yesterday to 14 years behind bars.

Gavin Nugent, 36, was convicted for the June 2009 madness at the Special Moments Daycare Center in East Flatbush.
