A woman prisoner jumped from the window of an NYPD squad car outside Manhattan Central Booking on Wednesday and ran off — but was caught quickly after, sources said.

Kylasyia Thompson was handcuffed in the back of the cop car when she slipped her arms in front of her and rolled down the window before jumping out, according to police sources.

A officer who had been placed on modified duty at the courthouse quickly tracked her down and caught her.

Thompson has previously been arrested more than 40 times, sources said.

She was in custody at the 17th Precinct Station house Wednesday night.
