A Manhattan judge today dumped a pervy sanitation worker in prison for 15 years for trying to rape two women in Times Square — while wearing his work uniform.

Michael Payne, 27, also got sacked with 10 years probation after pleading guilty to two attempted rapes and one assault — which he tried to commit while wearing his work uniform — in connection to attacks in Jan. 2009 and Dec. 2007.

Payne, who worked for private trash hauling company Action Environmental Services, was spotted by surveillance cameras following a Virginia woman out her hotel in the 2009 incident that happened on 47th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

Payne had his company’s jacket on while stalking his prey, easily leading cops to him.

That 2009 arrest connected Payne to the 2007 assault on 44th Street and Fifth Avenue.

Assistant DA Craig Ortner said both women are now nervous to walk the streets by themselves.

Payne will also have to register as a sex offender once he gets out of prison.
