Looks like the underground holy war is moving to the courts.

The MTA has rejected a pro-Israel blogger’s proposed subway ad, setting the stage for a First Amendment showdown expected to begin today.

Pamela Geller’s ad read: “In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat Jihad.”

It “demeans an individual or a group,” the MTA said. She vowed to sue today.
