A senior Queens prosecutor allegedly had a sexual encounter with a young paralegal who was too drunk to consent, she claims in a $10 million lawsuit.

Jaime Maffeo, then 22, says senior Assistant District Attorney William Branigan regularly hit on her. The DA’s Office slammed the allegations as “untrue,” adding, “We are confident that the judicial process will reveal them to be false.”
