Manhattan prosecutors yesterday agreed to drop second-degree assault charges against hot-shot lawyer Jennifer Barringer for allegedly smashing two perfume bottles against her chef-hubby’s head.

Barringer, who once repped killer music producer Phil Spector, had been charged by police with bashing husband Gil Faccio at their Central Park West co-op in December, but the couple soon reconciled and Faccio decided he didn’t want the prosecution to proceed.
