A crew of rowdy protesters, including three academics, were charged with assault and resisting arrest Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court in the attack on cops during an anti-police demonstration last year on the Brooklyn Bridge.
Baruch College Professor Eric Linsker, 29, Barnard instructor Cindy Gorn, 29, and Rutgers University instructor Zachary Campbell, 32, all pleaded not guilty before Justice Jill Konviser.
Robert Murray, 43, a union rep, and Jarrod Shanahan, 29, a grad student, also pleaded not guilty.
The group faces raps for assault, resisting arrest and other charges.
Linsker allegedly sparked the melee Dec. 13 at a Millions March demonstration when, authorities have said, he threw metal garbage cans at officers.
The other agitators were caught on video trying to stop the arrest and one of the cops ended up with a broken nose, authorities said.
