The man who stalked “Pulp Fiction” star Uma Thurman was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation yesterday after prosecutors said he was too crazy to make a plea deal.

Prosecutor Michelle Kaminsky told Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Matthew D’Emic that Jack Jordan “cannot assist in his own defense” and has refused to take anti-psychotic injections or sign paperwork.

Jordan, who was convicted of stalking Thurman in 2008, was arrested in December 2010 for allegedly violating an order of protection by twice calling the actress.

He was charged with two felony counts of criminal contempt of court.
