An Upper East Side shrink was mugged at her posh Park Ave. practice by a man who threatened to shoot her, police said.

The 69-year-old psychiatrist had just arrived at her office on Park Ave. near E. 80th St. when the man walked in and robbed her at around 5:45 a.m. Monday.

The man told her he was carrying a gun and demanded money and food, police said.

The frightened woman handed over around $20, and the thief fled.

The doctor was not harmed and told police she never saw the weapon the man claimed to be carrying.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
