A psychiatrist freaked out over legal issues left an odd note with an UES doorman that read “I’m going to another world” — and today he was discovered dead.

A distraught Harold Selman, 64, walked out of his girlfriend’s apartment building yesterday morning around 6:15 a.m. and left the odd note with the doorman who then alerted Selman’s girlfriend, law enforcement sources said.

Selman was discovered dead today in a parked car in Nassau County by his brother, the source said.

The cause of death is still unknown.

Nassau police are currently investigating.
