An unhinged rageaholic punched a 63-year-old woman in the face aboard a Queens subway — all because she asked him to move his bag so she could have a seat, police said Thursday.
The woman boarded a Manhattan-bound E train on Nov. 4 near Queens Plaza and asked a man sitting down if he could move his bag so she’d have space to sit, cops said.
“Don’t touch my bag, b—h!” the man snapped at the woman, before punching her in the jaw and knocking her to the floor, police said.
The woman suffered “pain and swelling” but was not seriously injured — she refused medical attention from EMS when they arrived, police said.
The man, who’s described as a black male in his 20s, got off at the next stop and fled. He was last seen wearing a black hat, green hooded jacket and dark pants.
The MTA’s rules of conduct forbid passengers from obstructing seats in any way, including placing a bag or personal item on the seat next to them. If caught, they can be fined $50.
