The Brooklyn woman who admitted to ripping off the PTA at her daughter’s school so she could pay for fertility treatments and rent on her day spa saw her no-jail plea deal fall apart yesterday after she failed again to make restitution.
Providence Hogan was supposed to come up with a $40,000 down payment toward the more than $80,000 in restitution due PS 29 in Cobble Hill and pony up the rest within a year as part of any plea bargain.
Hogan, 44, admitted to bilking the PTA while she was its treasurer.
