The man who survived 21 bullets in an Aug. 8 police shootout at a Harlem block party hobbled into court yesterday to hear of the attempted-cop-murder charges likely heading his way.

Angel Alvarez, 24, had that hail of bullets coming, according to the police testimony in the daylong Manhattan Supreme Court hearing, at which prosecutors were given another 45 days to indict.

“He shot at me,” Sgt. Philip Terpos testified he heard Officer Douglas Brightman say, as Brightman continued to point his weapon at the prone, bleeding but still-conscious Alvarez.
