The ASPCA celebrated “Cat Friday” by waiving the adoption fee for felines 1 and older and lowering it to $50 for kittens 4 months to a year old.

“It’s very easy to come here and fall in love,’’ said assistant director of adoptions Lourdes Bravo.

Angela Carchi-Nieves of The Bronx adopted 3-month-old Rachel Berry.

“I have a cat at home,” said her daughter, Minerva, 12, “and I felt she really needed a friend.’’
