A man took a three-story plunge out of his apartment window in Soundview after two thieves forced their way in to his home, cops said.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the victim was pushed or jumped on his own near Morris Park and Hunt Avenues around 9:30 p.m.

Cops are searching for two suspects.

The victim was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition, cops said.

It’s unknown if the burglars made off with any of his belongings, cops said.
