A former Queens man faces a 15-year prison term after pleading guilty yesterday to conspiring to supply al Qaeda terrorists in Afghanistan with waterproof socks, ponchos, sleeping bags and other outdoor gear.

Syed “Fahad” Hashmi, 30, struck a deal with prosecutors on the eve of a scheduled Manhattan federal court trial that could have sent him to the slammer for up to 70 years.
