An emaciated dolphin that washed up on a Queens beach yesterday died from her injuries, despite the efforts of rescuers.

The five-foot female died at 3:15 p.m. at a Long Island facility for marine-animal rescue.

Franly Estrella, 24, called police after he spotted the mammal near Beach 19th Street in Far Rockaway.

A biologist on the scene said the dolphin was sick and underweight.
