A Brooklyn man briefly ignited terror fears yesterday after cops found motorcycle batteries, buckets of fertilizer and glass jars full of metal shavings in his car in Queens, sources said.

The NYPD and the FBI were notified, but there was no threat, sources said.

Edward Vassell, 41, was charged with weapons possession for nunchucks in the car, cops said.
