A 12-year-old girl yesterday doused a Queens classroom with pepper spray, sending two students and a teacher to the hospital, police sources said.

The 39-year-old teacher at IS 125 in Woodside and two male students, 11 and 12, were taken to Elmhurst Hospital after suffering throat irritation.

The sixth-grade girl, taken into police custody, received a juvenile report.
