A Queens man died yesterday after being savagely beaten earlier last week, cops said.

Peter J. Polizzi, 31, was found by a relative in his living room on Clover Place in Ridgewood at about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. He was unconscious and his head and torso were severely beaten.

Polizzi was taken to Jamaica Hospital, but he never regained consciousness. He died yesterday of blunt force trauma.

Police have made no arrests.

In January, Polizzi’s father, Pietro Polizzi, 58, was convicted of possessing child pornography and sentenced to five years in prison.
