A Queens thug confessed to gunning down a young newlywed just minutes before jury selection in his trial began yesterday.

Ian Green, 19, will be sentenced to 25 years in prison next month for shooting 23-year-old Rabia Muhammad on March 13, 2011, as she was walking with her husband, Shazam Khan.

Green also stole her purse, which had only $20 and an iPod inside, prosecutors said.
