A Queens bodega manager was shot dead by a masked robber — the second time an employee was murdered there, the bereaved store owners said yesterday.

Jorge Marte, 65, the father of two adult children from Corona, was inside the Melani Grocery on Guy Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica with a customer when a gunman burst in at 10 p.m. Friday and demanded cash, police said.

Just when Marte made a dash for the front door, the bandit opened fire, hitting the Dominican Republic native in the chest, cops said. He died later at Jamaica Hospital.

“He’s my childhood friend — he was a good man,” said owner Jose Rosario, 59. Rosario said another worker, Cesar Rubio, died in a robbery in 1996.

Detectives are reviewing surveillance video in hopes of identifying the attacker.
