A crude Queens comedian has unleashed her foulest material on an unappreciative audience — the tots at the preschool next door.

Christina Basquez drops F-bombs out her Sunnyside window and calls the kids at the Amazing Magic Beans school “animals” in a bid to get them to “shut the f–k up” as they romp in the playground below.

She even videotapes them from her window.

But school leaders and parents aren’t laughing.

“We have children who are afraid of going outside,” said Lauren Travers, the director of the school, which opened 10 years ago.

Basquez — who goes by the Twitter handle @nycsexybitch and rants on stage and in YouTube videos about hating yuppies, NYC transplants “from the cornfields” and ill-behaved children — didn’t win raves in Atlantic City in 2013, either.

She was arrested for disorderly conduct for standing outside the Miss America pageant and yelling and cursing, according to the Atlantic City Police Department. She claims the charge was dismissed.

Back in Queens, Basquez complained about the children outside her window only sporadically at first. Near daily tirades began about a year and a half ago, Travers said.

She said Basquez told the kids last year, “If you keep yelling, Santa won’t bring you any presents!”

“If you had seen the tragic looks on these 3- and 4-year-olds’ faces of the fear that that was actually true, it was just heartbreaking,” she said.

Mom Kate Durkin says she heard Basquez yelling that she was tired and needed sleep and that “when she was little, she went to the playground and her mom made her shut up.”

The school tried to play nice with Basquez, Travers said, arranging a mediation session at the local police station last spring.

Travers said the school agreed not to send kids outside until 10 a.m., if she would stop the verbal abuse.

“That lasted about three days,” Travers said.

In October, Basquez got bolder and came to the school, yelled at teachers and refused to leave. She also started videotaping the children, the school says.

She also filed complaints with the city Administration for Children’s Services. Basquez said it was for lack of supervision.

Travers provided ACS documentation to The Post that allegations made in June and April last year were unfounded.

The city Department of Health found no violations last month when it came to inspect a complaint that children weren’t supervised, the DOH document shows.

On Dec. 6, two plainclothes officers stayed in the playground to witness Basquez’s “act.” She was issued a summons for harassment, the NYPD said.

But the complaint was dismissed Feb. 6, and Basquez began yelling again the next day, according to a petition Amazing Magic Beans posted online seeking help from Councilman Jimmy Van Bramer. He responded online that he’d been in touch with Travers and the police and would visit the school.

“Does this woman need to assault someone for the city to take actual action?” one Sunnyside woman responded.

Basquez was once a flight attendant, she told the crowd at Caroline’s comedy club in 2014. “How in the f–k was this bitch a flight attendant?” she says. “Let me tell you, a completely different f–king person on that plane.”

She even professed her love of Big Apple living, saying a pilot from North Carolina once asked her what it was like to be on top of one another in a “hamster cage.”

“I said let me tell you something motherf–ker — your next-door neighbors are cows,” she said. “Don’t talk s–t about New York.”

Basquez lives with her father, John, who defended his daughter.

“She’s just telling them to be quiet because they’re crazy,” he said. “The school’s got a bunch of animals in the back yard. They’re like the worst thing for a hangover, let me tell you.”

But Christina Basquez, who works nights for a car service, denied calling the kids animals and told The Post she was only cursing because the children were unsupervised.

“I’ve probably said ‘Watch the f–king kids,’ ” she said of her ACS complaint. “I’m not screaming at the kids. I’m screaming at the adults to watch the kids.”

She said she has video of a child falling from playground equipment and no adult coming to his aid.

“I am not a mental case,” she said.

“These kids need to be watched, and they’re not being watched. This is the bottom line.”
