A hit-and-run Queens driver was arrested for fleeing an accident that killed a 19-year-old teen, cops said.

Luis Forero, 24, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with a fatality, and making an unsafe lane change. Cops said Forero’s Mitsubishi Montero struck the teen’s Dodge Charger when he attempted to pass the car on 225th Street, near North Conduit Avenue, around 11:50 p.m. in Springfield Gardens.

The Dodge Charger overturned, and the teen, whose name is being withheld, was pronounced dead at the scene, cops said.

Forero fled the scene but was apprehended shortly after, cops said.
