A Queens teacher was arrested Wednesday on charges of sexually abusing a 9-year-old special needs student at a school in the borough, sources said.

Marc Scheibel, 48, was caught by a coworker at P.S. 213 in Oakland Gardens having the non-verbal autistic student touch his groin area, according to police sources.

Cops were called to the elementary school and arrested Scheibel, a Queens resident, at about 2:20 p.m., police said.

He was charged with sexually abusing a child and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
