A 15-year-old Queens girl was struck by an SUV and killed while crossing a busy roadway, police said yesterday.

Angela D’Ambrose, 15, and a friend were trying to get across Francis Lewis Boulevard at 7:40 p.m. Thursday when they were both hit by a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo heading north.

The two friends were taken to New York Queens Hospital, where Angela, a Bayside HS student, was pronounced dead. Her unidentified friend was in critical condition last night.

The 65-year-old man who was behind the wheel will not face charges, police said.
