A Queens woman snapped a photo of a pervert who was masturbating on an early morning subway, police said.

The 48-year-old boarded a Manhattan-bound A train at Broad Channel station around 5:30 a.m. Thursday and saw the man fondling himself, cops said late Tuesday.

She got off the train at Rockaway Blvd station, but not before taking a photo of the creep.

The woman reported the incident to the 100 Precinct station house in Belle Harbor Rockaway, cops said. The creep is still on the loose.
