A cat burglar ripped off three Washington Heights apartments in five hours, police said yesterday.

The crook got into four apartments through a common alley — and made his getaway from three by fire escape, cops said.

He grabbed cash, jewelry and electronics from three homes, but took nothing from the fourth, police said.

The burglaries occurred in three neighboring buildings in the late night and early morning of March 15 and 16. The thief was still at large yesterday.
