City Council Speaker Christine Quinn’s poorly selling memoir has gotten a boost from an unlikely source: the city’s library system.

The library system recently bought nearly 200 copies of the mayoral candidate’s tome, “With Patience and Fortitude,” according to a source.

The purchase more than doubles the number of sales for the stuck-on-the-shelves memoir, which had moved just 130 retail copies as of June 30, according to Nielsen data.

New York Public Library officials confirmed the purchase of 96 copies of the book.
