An NYPD officer who the feds say knowingly hauled an innocent black man into jail and then boasted that he had “fried another n—-r” has a long history of abusive behavior on Staten Island streets, court records show.

Michael Daragjati’s busts twice resulted in federal lawsuits charging him with false arrest — one of which ended in a $12,500 settlement.

Jared Williams, a baseball standout at Wagner College, was busted by Daragjati in Port Richmond in October 2005 for assault.

It took nearly a year for the baseless case to be dropped — forcing Williams, now 27, to sit out his senior year on Wagner’s baseball team, his lawyer said.

The cop was sued again in July by 33-year-old Theodore Shearin. Daragjati arrested him on “baseless” trespassing charges that were dropped, Shearin says in his federal lawsuit.
