The family of two men killed by a drunk and stoned woman flying down the Taconic Parkway the wrong way plans to sue for the more than the $100,000 a film company has paid her husband.

The outrage over Danny Schuler profiting from his wife, Diane’s, crime grew as he spent yesterday, the first anniversary of the tragedy, being filmed by the documentary crew.

“It’s clearly money that’s been paid to him for despicable purposes,” said John Q. Kelly, lawyer for relatives of Michael and Guy Bastardi.
