Accused madam Anna Gristina’s prosecution probe widened yesterday as cops raided the office of a criminal-defense lawyer who is her upstate neighbor — and the registered agent for her pig-rescue farmhouse.

David Jaroslawicz said he had “no idea” what Manhattan district attorney investigators were searching for as they descended on his downtown law office at 225 Broadway just before 3 p.m.

Prosecutors have said Gristina had a “lawyer friend” — whom they have not named — who helped her invest and launder money from her alleged $10 million prostitution business.

The dramatic raid on Jaroslawicz’s office came hours after The Post revealed that the DA quietly arrested three people now cooperating in the case against Gristina — two of her “girls” and alleged money launderer Jonas Gayer.

Gayer — charged with money laundering and promoting prostitution — yesterday denied ever meeting Gristina.

But in public records dating as far back as 10 years, Gayer is listed as the registered agent for several Gristina-run businesses, including an escort service and real-estate development operations.

Meanwhile, Jaroslawicz’s lawyer confirmed that yesterday’s raid was connected to Gristina — but said his client is not being eyed for criminal charges.

“He does own some property upstate . . . some real estate that is linked to Anna Gristina,” Marc Agnifilo told The Post. “But [lead Gristina prosecutor Charles] Linehan told me flat out he is not a target.”

However, Linehan at Gristina’s Feb. 23 arraignment told a judge that the alleged escort queen has a lawyer pal who helped her hide cash and owned the East 78th Street building where Gristina ran her “brothel.”

“We believe he has basically locked money away for her,” Linehan added.

Public records show that the limited-liability corporation that owns the “brothel” building is connected to Jaroslawicz’s firm.

Jaroslawicz also owns the home next door to the upstate Monroe farmhouse that Gristina and her husband, Kelvin Gorr, rent from an LLC registered to Jaroslawicz’s law firm.

At alleged money-washer Gayer’s Beekman Place home, the Russian-born tax accountant, who previously pleaded guilty in an unrelated $10 million tax-fraud case, yesterday insisted he is not involved in the DA’s case against Gristina.

Gayer said he has never met her and her alleged co-madam, Jaynie Mae Baker — even though he is Facebook friends with both.
