Commuter-rail passengers are getting socked with higher parking fees — along with already scheduled higher fares.

Long-term permit holders at 34 Metro-North garages will pay approximately $36 more a year, while daily rates will rise about $10 per month.

On the LIRR, daily and monthly parking rates will jump 20 percent in Mineola and 25 percent in Ronkonkoma.
