A suspected random serial slasher who cuts men on the left side of their face is on the loose in Brooklyn, law-enforcement sources said Sunday.

The suspect launched three bloody attacks over the weekend, beginning around 6:30 a.m. Saturday on a northbound Q train at the Church Avenue subway station, when a 37-year-old straphanger was slashed in the left side of his face, sources said.

Cops responded to a 911 call at the scene and rushed the victim to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, according to police.

Then at 9:40 p.m. Saturday, the same fiend apparently struck again, attacking a 53-year-old man at the intersection of Foster Avenue and New York Avenue — again leaving the victim with a slash to the left side of his face, sources said.

He was also taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, sources said.

The latest attack occurred shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday in front of 3311 Newkirk Ave., when a 56-year-old man was attacked and again slashed to the left side of the face, according to police.

The victim was also taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, also.

Cops said the attacks are under investigation, and there have been no arrests.

Police have not officially linked the three incidents, but law-enforcement sources said a preliminary investigation suggests that the same deranged nut is behind all three assaults.
