The prosecution rested its case yesterday against a cop, Michael Pena, charged with pulling his service pistol on a second-grade teacher and raping her in an Inwood alley in August. Closing arguments are expected tomorrow in Manhattan, after defense lawyers call the cop’s fiancée as a character witness.
