An ex-cop and a trembly- voiced young runaway faced each other in an emotional Manhattan statutory-rape trial yesterday.

“I told him I was 14,” the runaway girl testified.

“I did say, ‘You know this is illegal,’ ” the girl told jurors of reluctantly agreeing to allegedly have sex with Darrin Nemelc, 45, after he found her sobbing and alone on a bench at 1 a.m. on New Year’s Day 2011.
