A woman told police she was raped at knifepoint in Brooklyn Sunday morning because she’s gay, law- enforcement sources said.

The 26-year-old woman said the man followed and attacked her at Franklin Avenue Java Street in Greenpoint, cops said.

According to sources, the victim told police the man forced her to the ground and told her, “I’m doing this to you because you’re gay.”

She was taken to Woodhull Hospital, cops said.
