A convicted rapist filed a lawsuit against the city and several jail guards yesterday, claiming he was brutally beaten for blowing a kiss at a female correction officer.

Larry Johnson, who is serving 20 to 40 years for rape and robbery, says that while he was being held at a correction facility in Queens in 2006, six officers separated him from other prisoners and asked if he had blown a kiss at the woman.

When Johnson said he had, her colleagues allegedly beat him severely.
