A man accused of raping a waitress in her Washington Heights apartment took a plea deal Tuesday in Manhattan court.
Jean Rodriguez, 24, copped to predatory sexual assault, rape and burglary in exchange for 17-years-to-life in prison.
The 6-foot-9-inch sex fiend followed the 20-year-old virgin into her building where he forced his way into her apartment July 15, 2014.
He used a pair of scissors pressed against her neck to subdue her, prosecutors said.
Two days after the vicious attack, the Bronx creep wrote his victim an error-ridden letter apologizing.
“I never wanted to hurt you,” he wrote in the one-page note. “In did end…the devil drag me down…forgive me and please live your dream and be the happiest women on Earth.”
