Disgraced real-estate wunderkind Adam Hochfelder yesterday pleaded guilty to stealing some $20 million by exaggerating his assets while taking out loans from banks, family and friends — including his uncle and his best man.

Hochfelder, 38, is to be sentenced in September to four years in prison. The former owner of the Conde Nast and Helmsley buildings has already repaid $15 million, according to his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo.

“Many of his victims have written letters to the court asking for leniency,” said Agnifilo, who blamed his client’s cocaine addiction.
