The Jehovah’s Witnesses have sold one of their most coveted properties — a huge empty lot in DUMBO zoned for hotels, residential and commercial use.

The religious group’s prayers were answered when developer Shelly Listokin recently agreed to fork over $30.6 million for the 30,463-square-foot site at Front and Water streets.

A source said a “mix of retail and residential” units is planned.
