The Big Apple’s fliest falcon is winging it at one of the swankiest addresses in Brooklyn.
The peregrine falcon is laying its head to ‘nest’ at Williamsburg’s chic 2 Northside Piers condo, residents told The Post.
Ralph Modica/Douglas EllimanModica snapped a few photos of the falcon from his window on the 27th floor — in awe at seeing the majestic bird so close.
“It was beautiful,” he said.
Douglas Elliman broker Ralph Modica noticed the bird from his pad in the swanky 30-story industrial building, which boasts an indoor pool, yoga rooms and access to a 400-foot pier that overlooks the East Side River.
Modica said he’s pretty sure he knows why his new feathery friend chose 2 Northside Piers to settle down.
“It’s the only building on the waterfront with vented dryers and he was most likely looking for a place that would keep his feathers dry,” he joked.
This isn’t the first bird who called a tony apartment building home. Pale Male, the city’s most famous red-tailed hawk, lives at the star-studded 927 Fifth Avenue.
Pale Male is believed to have fathered at least 40 chicks — with multiple partners— and is currently nesting with his latest, Octavia.
