They’re not amused.

While Coney Island’s famed boardwalk and amusement park reopened yesterday morning for the first time since Superstorm Sandy, fuming residents said the rest of the beleaguered area remains all but shuttered.

“We’re very happy that the amusement park is back up and running,” said longtime resident Todd Dobrin, 42. “But our local bank is still closed, our library and senior centers are still closed.”

Nonetheless, some 1,000 thrill seekers turned out to celebrate the reopening of the Wonder Wheel, the Cyclone roller coaster and other attractions.
