A construction worker discovered human remains in a Harlem building Friday morning, police said.

The hardhat found the remains just after 9 a.m. on the top floor of a four-story building on West 125th Street near Malcolm X Boulevard, cops said.

It wasn’t immediately clear how long the body had been there.

The city Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death.
