A woman who married her elderly and mentally incompetent companion just 46 days before he died says she should be allowed to keep their rent-controlled West Village apartment.

The owners of 302 W. 12th St. have accused Sarah Berman, 63, of marrying Stanley Lowell, 87, in order to claim the cheap digs.
