They’ll be drinking at Ruby’s Bar and Grill but might not be Shooting the Freak on Coney Island’s boardwalk this summer under a deal finalized last night.

Seven of eight boardwalk mainstays fighting eviction, including Ruby’s, cut a deal with landlord Zamperla USA to return for a final summer.

Shoot the Freak owners said they’ll leave their current site, but hope to relocate to another boardwalk spot.
