Two female joggers were attacked in separate incidents in Brooklyn Bridge Park Monday — prompting complaints of a premature post-summer decrease in security at the waterfront green space.

A 39-year-old woman running in the park was punched in the head when she told a group of five teenage perpetrators demanding cash that she had no money on her, police said.

Just 10 minutes before, the group allegedly attacked another jogger — a 32-year-old runner who said one teen grabbed her wrist near Pier 2 at 8:20 p.m.

“I pulled back and ran away,” she told The Post. “I tried to find security but couldn’t locate anyone.”

A security-enforcement officer told The Post there are fewer guards stationed around the park in the fall.

“Crime isn’t seasonal,” said resident Stephen Carrey, 40.

“I think the Parks Department needs to re-evaluate how they look at security in this park, in every park, especially after what’s been happening lately.”

Another resident, Jasmie Santiago, 37, walking through the park with her infant, said: “I would feel better about bringing my kids to the park if I could see more of a security presence.”
