A retired NYPD deputy chief who was accused in a lawsuit of sexually harassing a Queens cop now has a top post at the Department of Corrections, sources said.

Michael Blake heads the Department of Correction’s Office of Excellence, which sets professional standards for its workers.

He was sued in Brooklyn federal court by Officer Veronica Schultz, who claimed he rubbed up against her while at the 103rd Precinct station house.

The case fell apart, with city attorneys accusing Schultz of insubordination and dishonesty, and jurors ruling against her.
