The feds and the NYPD yesterday offered a $65,000 reward for information leading to the capture and conviction of the bicycle bomber who attacked the Times Square military recruiting center in 2008.

In addition to the reward offer, authorities released never-before-seen footage of the bomber taken from surveillance video.

New images also show the remains of the homemade explosive device, which was built using a military ammunition can partly filled with black powder and detonated with a fuse.

A picture of the blue Ross bicycle that the bomber got away on before tossing it in a Dumpster near Madison Avenue and 38th Street was also released.

“Someone, somewhere, knows something about a bomber who’s still on the run,” said FBI Assistant Director-in-Charge George Venizelos.

NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly noted, “While published reports have repeatedly cited the early morning time of the attack and the lack of casualties, the fact is the bomber narrowly missed killing or injuring passers-by, who can be seen clearly in the vicinity moments before the blast.”

Officials also said the suspect may be connected to earlier, unsolved bombings at the British and Mexican consulates.
